I just made the mistake of tallying up the total number of students I have on my rosters this semester: 238. That's in six sections, so it comes out to an average of 39.6 students per section. Four are composition. The other two are literature. We are required to have six essay grades per semester. How many hours of grading does that add up to?
Never mind. I don't want to know.
I hope everyone is getting off to a good start. I actually expect to have a good semester. I just have to get a few panic attacks out of the way first.
